La pérdida de fuerza muscular es un gran indicador de las enfermedades cardiorrespiratorias la cual traen como consecuencia alteración en la calidad de vida, por lo consiguiente la presente investigación tendrá como objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre la capacidad aeróbica y capacidad respiratoria en runners del centro de entrenamiento C. Sport Center Lima 2025”, materiales y métodos: La población estará constituida por 115 personas adultas de ambos sexos, destacando que serán runners, de un centro de entrenamiento, cuyas edades serán de 20 a 40 años, 90 será la muestra bajo los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, será un estudio básico, con un nivel correlacional, transversal, con un enfoque cuantitativo y de diseño no experimental. The fruit of Antidesma bunius has both medicinal and edible properties. In previous studies, the fruit extract of A. bunius showed anti-proliferation activity on breast cancer cells, but its functional components and anti-tumor mechanism are still unclear. In this research, the main active components of A. bunius fruits (detected by UHPLC-MS/MS) and the corresponding targets were analyzed by network pharmacology method, and its interactions were verified by molecular docking to explore the possible tumor suppressor mechanisms.
