El objetivo de la investigación fue conocer la relación entre la identidad sorda, el sentido de comunidad y el autoconcepto personal en adultos jóvenes sordos y sordas de Lima, durante la pandemia COVID-19. Para ello se usó un enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivocorrelacional y corte transversal. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 60 personas con pérdida auditiva entre 21 a 30 años de edad (M = 23.9, DE = 2.04). Para medir la identidad sorda se utilizó la escala de Desarrollo de Identidad de los Sordos (Fischer & McWhirter, 2001), para el sentido de comunidad, la escala de Sentido de Comunidad SCI-2 (Távara, 2012) y para el autoconcepto el cuestionario de Autoconcepto Personal (Goñi et al., 2011). The intersubjective theory that Sartre proposed in Being and Nothingness contends that human encounters are necessarily reifying. The author proposes that one of the constitutive theoretical elements of this pessimistic view of human encounters is Sartre’s conception of affectivity as a degradation of consciousness. The author explores this vision of affection that Sartre initially developed in his essay Outline of a Theory of Emotions, and concludes that it was this mode of understanding affectivity that later decisively influenced his contention in Being and Nothingness that the essence of human relations is conflict.

La teoría de la intersubjetividad que Sartre postuló en El ser y la nada afirma que los encuentros entre seres humanos son necesariamente reificantes. El autor de este artículo propone que uno de los determinantes teóricos de esta visión tan pesimista de los encuentros entre seres humanos es la concepción de Sartre de la afectividad como una degradación de la conciencia. El autor explora esta visión de lo afectivo, que Sartre desarrolló inicialmente en su ensayo Bosquejo de una teoría de las emociones, y concluye que fue esta manera de entender la afectividad la que influyó posteriormente, y de manera decisiva, para que Sartre afirmara en El ser y la nada que la esencia de las relaciones humanas es el conflicto.

The purpose of this article is to evaluate how useful the Accelerated Bankruptcy Refinancing Procedure (PARC) could be to mitigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to identify the contributions that its implementation could bring to the Peruvian bankruptcy system. The government strategy applied to protect the economic sectors from the consequences of COVID-19 had two lines of action: the creation of Reactiva Perú and the implementation of a speedy bankruptcy procedure called PARC. Given its design, and thinking more about the medium term, it aspires to identify the contributions that its implementation could bring to the Peruvian bankruptcy system, which could be considered in an upcoming reform of the bankruptcy regulation.

Inventory management becomes more important as companies grow; therefore, it is important to improve its internal processes by seeking efficient storage methods. The processes were analyzed using problem diagnosis tools and it was observed that more than 15% of the total orders are delayed, and more than 80% are due to the fact that there is no specific location of the products in the warehouse. Under this problem, the implementation of the ABC methodology is proposed, which allowed dividing the large number of products that the company sells into families and classifying them into groups A, B and C. In this essay I argue that the practice of disinformation is a form of social injustice, since it is an attempt to harm the individual´s capacity to participate in the democratic process of discussion of public issues. After reviewing the importance that truth has in the life of individual and communities and surveying, following John Dewey, the concept of the public, I posit that to disinform, that is to intentionally propagate false information regarding a topic of public interest, constitute an attack on the dignity of the person, since this dignity is grounded on the individual´s ability to engage in the justification of social and political norms.

In his book, Freud Among the Philosophers, professor Donald Levy challenges the epistemological critiques directed against psychoanalysis on the grounds that those critiques misunderstood what Freud called the unconscious. According to Levy, neither “wishes” nor “Ideas”, which are the target of repression, are linked to, or depend upon, action. The author of this article conversed with professor Levy about this defense of psychoanalytic theory and about the opinion, contrary to Levy´s, that mental contents linked to action are also part of the Freudian unconscious.
