“Food for the Soul, Bodies for Virtue. On Porphyry’s Vegetarianism in De Abstinentia”. This paper examines the treatise De Abstinentia ab esu animalium by the Neoplatonic philosopher Porphyry, with a focus on the figure of the philosopher-priest. This figure is characterized as one who strives to attain an ascetic lifestyle through adherence to certain precepts, including the performance of humble sacrifices to the gods, abstention from animal-derived foods, the practice of austerity in all aspects of life, and the cultivation of that what is truly important: the purification (kátharsis) of the soul and the assimilation to the divine (homoíosis theôí). The present article analyzes the legal effects of the medical act in relation to the health and professional acts. Through a literature review methodology, it adopts the method of comparative law through dialogue between the Brazilian and Spanish legal systems. Structured in three topics, the study begins with the configuration of the medical act; next, it presents the legal effects of the medical act, a species of the health act, with special reference to the joint civil liability between the physician and the other health professionals that compose the medical team; and finally, it discusses the legal implications of the classification of the medical act as a modality of professional act. El presente artículo analiza los efectos jurídicos del acto médico con relación al acto de salud y al acto profesional. Por medio de una revisión bibliográfica, se ampara en el método de derecho comparado a través del diálogo entre los sistemas jurídicos brasileño y español. El presente trabajo de investigación buscó describir cómo la motivación influye en las técnicas de enseñanza de los docentes de la escuela profesional de administración. Esta investigación tuvo un enfoque cualitativo, no experimental, transversal, descriptivo y la recolección de datos se realizó mediante la técnica de la encuesta aplicando un cuestionario en un solo momento en el tiempo. Entre los resultados de la investigación se encontró que el 100% de los docentes consideran que no reciben un salario acorde con su nivel de enseñanza asimismo el 94,74% de los alumnos señalan que sus éxitos los atribuye a su esfuerzo y trabajo y en un 80,47% atribuye sus fracasos a la falta de esfuerzo y empeño. La presente investigación describe, cómo el proceso de comunicación influye en el clima organizacional de los colaboradores en la Edpyme Alternativa - Querecotillo Sullana, el estudio tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo no experimental y de diseño transeccional o transversal descriptivo puesto que se recolectaron los datos en un solo momento, en un tiempo único. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta donde se aplicó un cuestionario estructurado a la totalidad de la población que estuvo representada por 10 trabajadores que laboran en dicha entidad.
