The following article aims to analyze some epistemic keys in the way in which indigenous Diaguita intellectuals approach the writing of history. These writings put into play, on the one hand, the ethnic identity of the indigenous intellectual and the question about the subject and the place of enunciation from which his epistemic-political positioning is constructed. On the other hand, they propose a project of criticism and decolonization of history, to the extent that their writings propose a direct and open confrontation with the hegemonic (colonial) versions of history. From these two dimensions, we are interested in reflecting on the possibility that these writings configure a native episteme for the rewriting and rereading of indigenous history.

This paper analyzes the conceptions about the university-environment relationship held by officials in charge of university extension and outreach at two Argentine universities, Universidad Nacional de Quilmes (UNQ) and Universidad Nacional de Lanús (UNLA). Drawing on documentary analysis and interviews, we show that the conceptions and actions of officials at UNLA correspond more closely to the «engaged» modality, orientated towards social and cultural dimensions in terms of the curriculum and the type of linkages and cooperation activities. Meanwhile, at UNQ, officials’ conceptions are located somewhere between «engagement» and «detachment,» valuing an educational offer and research groups focused on the production of knowledge in areas of international scope but with some transfer and extension activities in the local production environment.

Desde hace diez años, la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes ofrece para los adultos mayores un espacio brindado por profesionales de Terapia Ocupacional. La especialidad de Terapia Ocupacional tiene como finalidad el desarrollo y mantenimiento de la salud a través de la ocupación, entendida esta desde el área de actividades de la vida diaria (AVD), de la productividad y del tiempo libre. Se contempla las diferentes situaciones que ocurren a lo largo de la vida, y se trabaja al respecto con las capacidades, deseos e intereses que traen los adultos mayores. Desde esta entrada profesional, se creó en la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes, varios talleres: Taller de Narración Oral, Taller de Movimiento, Taller de Danza terapia, Taller de Dibujo, Taller Literario, Taller de Radio, Taller de Coro, Taller para Estimular la Memoria.

Caracteriza las representaciones sociales en torno a la escolaridad de hijos y familiares a cargo a través de las indagaciones sobre las valoraciones, motivaciones y/o expectativas expresadas en el discurso de las familias migrantes peruanas asentadas en el área metropolitana de Buenos Aires. Del mismo modo, a partir del análisis de estas representaciones, me propongo dos objetivos adicionales: por un lado, definir la relevancia del factor educativo en el proyecto migratorio y, por otro, esbozar las posibles conexiones entre algunas valoraciones y aspiraciones educativas de los migrantes peruanos y ciertas representaciones y prácticas en torno a la crianza al interior de las familias peruanas (que proponemos denominar “paradigma cultural identitario de crianza”).

The study analyzes the constitutional and legal regime applicable to the market of social media in Chile subject to state concession and the decisions made by the entities in charge of ensuring free competition in sales and acquisition operations. The research, according to the evidence obtained, highlights in its conclusions, the insufficiency of said institutionality in the adequate regulation of a market especially relevant for the exercise of freedom of expression in the context of a democratic society.

A situated perspective of access to ambivalent ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) in the country indicates that any digital transition involves significant breaks of everyday experience. This text analyzes the appropriation of digital devices by rural teachers that installs a certain historical trajectory of the school as an intervener status in the digitization of education. These appropriations represent tense interpenetrations between individual attributes and contextual conditions of access to computers, mobile phones and networks in a techno-cultural environment with increasing acceptance of ICT.
