The diversity of macrozoobenthos in the mesolitoral zone of Puerto Malabrigo_x000D_ from April to September 2014 was investigated. The samples were collected_x000D_ monthly in three study areas {A, B and C) using a square of 0.25 m2_x000D_ • The species_x000D_ were identified using taxonomic keys of marine invertebrates. Were recorded_x000D_ species of Polyplacophoros, Gastropodos, Bivalvos, Lingularios, Anthozoos,_x000D_ Malacostracas, Maxillipodos, Polychaetos, Asteroideos, Echinoideos and_x000D_ Ophiuroideos. The diversity of macrozoobenthos was 2.45 nits/ind, with a_x000D_ richness of 52 species.

The morphological study of bone elements is a valuable tool for taxonomy, which has allowed the definition of large groups of vertebrates as well as the description, identification and comparison at the level of families in fish. The objective of the present work is aimed at the identification and description of each one of the bony structures that make up the skeleton of Paralonchurus peruanus "suco". It was collected 3 specimens that were obtained of the catches of fishing in Huanchaco (Trujillo - Perú) and techniques were used for dismantling of fish in fresh for adult specimens. This species, from the point of view of the morphology of bone, is characterized by having in the neurocráneo two bumps and the spine consists of twenty seven vertebrae and presents bony bumps in the caudal vertebrae._x000D_ Keywords: Fish, Neurocranium, Osteology, Caudal vertebrae.

The macrozoobenthos biodiversity from the intertidial of Salaverry Beach was carried out between September 2015 and March 2016. Four transects (A, B, C & D) and three sampling stations were established. And the seasonal biodiversity was determined using Shannon - Wiener (H'), Margalef (d'), Pielou (J'), Simpson (λ) and Bray-Curtis index. The samples were collected fortnightly with a 0,028 m2 Penchaszadeh cylinder. Temperature, salinity and granulometry data were also determined. The species were identified with marine invertebrate taxonomic keys. Classes Polychaeta, Nemertea, Gastropoda, Bivalvia, and Malacostraca (Subphylum Crustacea), were recorded. The macrozoobenthos biodiversity in spring was 2,51 bits/ind, and in summer was 1,91 bits/ind with 22 species richness._x000D_ Key words: Biodiversity, Macrozoobenthos, Intertidial, Richness.

El presente trabajo se realizó con el objetivo de seleccionar in vitro cultivos rizobianos aislados de Pisum sativum “arveja” que promueven la germinación de semillas de Lycopersicon esculentum “tomate”. Para llevar a cabo el estudio, en primer lugar se determinó la capacidad promotora de los cultivos rizobianos, mediante la evaluación de la producción de ácido Indolacético (AIA), sideróforos y la solubilización de fosfatos. The presence of enterobacteriaceae was determined through bacteriological study in two species of bivalve molluscs used in human food, Gari solida "clam" and Aulacomya ater "choro"; obtained at random from different establishments inside the "Mercado Mayorista" Fishing Terminal of Buenos Aires, located in the District of Víctor Larco, Province of Trujillo, Department of La Libertad. The study of the samples was carried out in a macroscopic observation, a bacteriological study of the edible part; and a biochemical study, to then perform the serological study for the determination of the enterobacteriaceae at the level of genus and species present in the molluscs. The species Klebsiella sp., Enterobacter sp., Citrobacter sp., Escherichia coli and Salmonella enteritidis were found in the bivalve molluscs analyzed. 100% of the samples evaluated showed contamination by Proteus sp.

The objective was to determine the diversity of crustaceans of the lower watershed of Rio Moche, between May and October 2015 several samples in 4 specific points were made, collecting 50 samples for examination. In the present investigation carried out in the coastal zone of Puerto Chicama in the period of February 2016 - year 2017, the evaluation of the phytoplankton was done resulting in a total of 82 species. Diatoms were the most numerous, with 51 species being the genus Chaetoceros most abundant, followed by dinoflagellates with 29 species being Protoperidinium the most abundant genus; We also found the silicoflagellates Ebria tripartita and Dictyocha fibula and their varieties. The physical-chemical parameters varied in the months of sampling; Being the temperature the parameter that fluctuated more obtaining 15.3 ° C as minimum value and 25.1 ° C as maximum value followed by salinity with values of 34.7 - 35.3 ppt.

La biodiversidad del macrobentos submareal en Junco Marino y Cerro Negro se determinó durante mayo a octubre 2017. Se establecieron cuatro perfiles con tres estaciones para Junco Marino y tres perfiles con cuatro estaciones para Cerro Negro. Las muestras fueron colectadas con tres replicas mensualmente, utilizando una draga Van Veen de 0,05 m2, se tomaron datos de temperatura (°C), salinidad (ups), oxígeno disuelto (ml/l) y granulometría. The objective of the research was to determine the hazards and occupational risks in the Fishing Wholesale Market of Buenos Aires. The sample was constituted by the workers of the Wholesale Market in charge of the manipulation and sale of the hydrobiological resources. The existing jobs were identified, in order to evaluate the conditions and/or work situations and to be able to identify the hazards to which they are exposed. To evaluate the risk, the quantitative method proposed by MINTRA was applied; hazards and risk were recorded in an IPER matrix. The reproductive biology of Ethmidium maculatum "machete" from the La Libertad region of May 2018 was studied. The sample consisted of 471 specimens obtained from artisanal fisheries in the ports of Pacasmayo, Puerto Morín and Salaverry. The gonadosomatic index, reproductive activity, spawning frequency, as well as fecundity were determined and a gonadal maturity scale was elaborated. Phytoplanktonic diversity was determined in the coastal areas of Pacasmayo and Magdalena de Cao from May to October 2017. Six sampling stations were established in Pacasmayo and eight in Magdalena de Cao, with a monthly frequency.
