El objetivo es comercializar gelatina a base de algarrobina, un producto derivado de Prosopis pallida (algarroba) conocido por su gran aporte de hierro y otros minerales. Es así que, debido a la presentación del producto en forma de gelatina y la variedad de sabores se podrá tener un mayor alcance con los más pequeños del hogar brindándoles un producto con un alto valor nutritivo. Actualmente se conoce de las intenciones y metas que tiene el Perú para lograr reducir la anemia infantil en un 30%, es por ello que la propuesta ayudaría a que pueda alcanzarse la meta establecida a nivel nacional. Para poder ejecutar el presente proyecto se requiere de una inversión inicial de S/68,966 de los cuales el 80% será asumido por los inversionistas y para el 20% restante se buscaría un financiamiento a través de un banco. Por último, es importante mencionar que el presente proyecto genera una rentabilidad anual del 9.12% anual, además le permite al accionista recuperar su inversión y generar un flujo acumulado de S/ 506,259, logrando una tasa de retorno de 96.27%.

The goal is to market a jelly based on algarrobina or carob powder, a product derived from Prosopis pallida (carob) known for providing large quantities of iron and other minerals. Thus, due to the presentation of the product as jelly and the variety of flavors, it will be possible to reach the youngest ones, offering them a product with a high nutritional value. Currently, the intentions and goals that this country has to reduce childhood anemia by 30% are known and that is the reason why this proposal would help achieve the goal established at a national level. In order to carry out this project, an initial investment of S / 68,966 is required, of which an 80% will be assumed by the investors and the remaining percentage of 20% would be asked at a financial entity. Lastly, it is important to mention that this project generates an annual return of 9.12% per year.
