description La presente tesis aborda la problemática de la inexistencia de un equipamiento con infraestructura adecuada para el desarrollo de actividades técnico-productivas y formativas en el centro poblado de Pampa Grande, Tumbes. Frente a esta problemática, se propone el diseño de un edificio híbrido que integre un Centro de Educación Técnico-Productiva (CETPRO), una Oficina de Servicio de Orientación al Adolescente (SOA) y espacios comunales. Esta infraestructura busca fomentar el desarrollo integral de sus usuarios, combinando formación técnica y participación comunitaria. La propuesta tiene sustento en tres pilares fundamentales: la integración urbana mediante espacios públicos, la organización funcional que articula los distintos bloques y actividades, y el uso de estrategias pasivas de eficiencia energética, adaptadas al clima cálido de la región. El planteamiento arquitectónico se apoya en bases teóricas vinculadas a la educación como eje de cohesión social, la relación entre espacios interiores y exteriores, y el diseño sostenible como respuesta contextual. El resultado es una infraestructura educativa multifuncional, resiliente y accesible, que busca convertirse en un referente para la educación técnica y social en la comunidad

In response to this challenge, the proposal involves the design of a hybrid building that incorporates a Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CETPRO), an Adolescent Guidance Service Office (SOA), and communal spaces. This infrastructure aims to promote the holistic development of its users by combining technical training with community engagement. The proposal is grounded in three fundamental pillars: urban integration through public spaces; functional organisation that interconnects the various blocks and activities; and the implementation of passive energy-efficiency strategies tailored to the region’s warm climate. The architectural approach is supported by theoretical foundations related to education as a driver of social cohesion, the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces, and sustainable design as a contextual response.
