La técnica de recolección fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados determinaron que el nivel de gestión de inversiones tiene un nivel medio en 45 %, nivel bajo en 41 %, y nivel alto en 14 %; el nivel de proyectos educativos tiene un nivel medio en 51 %, nivel bajo en 33 %, y nivel alto en 16 %. Concluyendo que existe relación positiva moderada y significativa entre la gestión de inversiones y proyectos educativos en la sub gerencia territorial bajo mayo del Gobierno Regional de San Martín – 2023. Mediante el análisis estadístico del coeficiente de Pearson se alcanzó un coeficiente de 0.580 y un p-valor igual a 0,000 (p-valor ≤ 0.01); además, solo el 33,64 % de dependencia existe entre variables.
