Las empresas utilizan Lean Thinking como filosofía para eliminar desperdicios. Asimismo, CRM es una estrategia de negocio para mejorar la relación con los clientes, aunque su potencial no se ha desarrollado completamente. Desde esta visión, se busca administrar las expectativas de los clientes, incluyendo el valor agregado (VA). De alli surge la pregunta: ¿de que manera la compañia define el VA esperado por los clientes? Como respuesta se plantea una propuesta metodológica para indentificar el VA esperado como input de Lean, en instituciones de educación superior.

This document is the product of collaborative work in REDIN, the network of industrial engineering programs in the central Colombian node of ACOFI, and the result of a research project articulated with the National Professional Engineering Council to review the programs and the professional practice of industrial engineers in the countries belonging to the Pacific Alliance (PA).
