For many years, La Clínica San Juan de Dios has been at the forefront of child rehabilitation, providing health services in prevention, hospitalization and child recovery. In this sense, the present work of Business Consulting whose purpose of this consultancy is to know the external and internal factors that affect the performance of the clinic's management in order to develop other specialties and other segments of the Lima population.
