The objective of this investigation is to study the level of competitive that presents pallets-ice cream in the market here in Iquitos city, realized in 2015.This document has considered the importance that exists in business by a general way; so, this is going to has a big utility for the businesses that are focus on the sell of pallets-ice cream in Iquitos' city, also to have information with valour in order to make and use the strategies more favourable.
