The following research aimed to determine the effect of the neonatal hypoxia in psychomotor development in children less than two years attended in the Ministry of Health II-2 Tarapoto Hospital from November 2015 to March 2016. The study was quantitative, descriptive, retrospective, and prospective with correlational design. The sample was represented by 30 term infants with hypoxia. The measure instrument, Peruvian Assessment Test Development of Children was used, taken from the health standards for growth controlling and development of child and children under 5 years. El objetivo del estudio es determinar la relación entre el nivel de hemoglobina y adherencia al tratamiento con sulfato ferroso en niños menores de 3 años con anemia, en el hospital II-E de La Banda de Shilcayo, 2024. La metodología corresponde al enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico, diseño no experimental de corte transversal correlacional. Respecto a la población de estudio comprenderá de100 niños menores de 3 años cuya atención será en el hospital II-E de La Banda de Shilcayo, se seleccionará una muestra aleatoria simple de 80 niños menores de 3 años que padecen anemia.
