The general objective of this research was to determine how the management of human talent influences the organizational commitment of the workers of the UGEL Sánchez Carrión, 2019; The problem posed is: In what way does human talent management influence the organizational commitment of UGEL Sánchez Carrión, 2019 workers? The hypothesis was: “Human talent management positively influences organizational commitment of the workers of the UGEL Sánchez Carrión, 2019”. The research design was non-experimental, with a transectional correlational design; we worked with a sample population of 80 workers. For data collection, the survey technique was used, the instrument of which was the questionnaire.
