description La presente tesis “Parque Biblioteca para la cultura e integración social en el sector Pachacútec” se desarrolla en el distrito de Ventanilla. Este proyecto toma como base la tipología arquitectónica de los Parque Biblioteca de Medellín y Bogotá, los cuales han sido reconocidos a nivel mundial por su calidad arquitectónica; generan cambios en la sociedad y en puntos estratégicos de la ciudad, justamente tienen el propósito de satisfacer a las comunidades menos favorecidas, además son modelos capaces de revalorar y transformar totalmente la zona a la que se desea intervenir con ellos. Este proyecto nace bajo esos principios, un concepto que, sin importar la edad, lugar de origen, religión o género de las personas es capaz de acoger y generar lazos sociales entre sus usuarios, quienes también se enriquecen con el libre acceso a la información que le ofrece el Parque Biblioteca. Este espacio socio – cultural, se convierte en un núcleo de integración social y de cultura.

This project is based on the architectural typology of the Library Park of Medellín and Bogotá, which have been recognized worldwide for their architectural quality; they generate changes in society and in strategic points of the city, they just have the purpose of satisfying the less favored communities, they are also models capable of revaluing and totally transforming the area to which they wish to intervene with them. This project is born under these principles, a concept that, regardless of the age, place of origin, religion or gender of the people is able to welcome and generate social ties among its users, who also are enriched with free access to information that offers you the Library Park.
