The business design is the construction consulting service developing a concentric diversification strategy improving the portfolio of clients, through the innovation of methodologies to help to contribute to the cost of mining companies or companies engaged in the movement of land (operation Which concentrates the largest amount of investment in rental costs of heavy machinery and fuel), to be more productive (efficient) so that they can improve profitability. The proposal is to analyze a prototype of technological innovation that allows customers (mining and construction companies) to increase or make more efficient the production of material transport such as: Implement a consultancy on the current state of the earthmoving process where Improvements and analysis of the costs produced in the freight and transportation process are established, where the profits obtained by the mining companies in the implementation of the service are calculated. To develop the research analysis was divided into two phases. The first of these, of a qualitative nature, is characterized by interviews with Project Managers, Logistics Officers, Managers and employees, regarding mining operations and land movement. On the other hand, the second one, of a quantitative nature, consists of collecting primary information about the level of probability of purchase of the monitoring system and consultants and factors of price, promotion / publicity, place, personnel and product. According to the National Superintendence of Customs and Taxation (SUNAT), there are 290 formalized mining companies that support both open-pit and closed-national investment projects, which represent the potential client market. Using the finite population formula, we determined to conduct surveys at a 90% confidence level, obtaining 55 companies. The type of research is quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional and the research method applied is descriptive-explanatory with a probabilistic design, in addition to structured surveys. Among the conclusions the company will use the strategy of concentric diversification because, using the same investment (customers of the construction sector) can obtain different levels of profitability, for different needs. Regarding the type of price, the skimmed-price technique will be used, because the target public may not provide the necessary confidence, if it enters with low prices (for the quality of the service). On the other hand, the additional business to the consultant is an initial investment of /. 1, 218,607 soles, in this case there will be contribution from the Bank with a loan of S/. 300,000 soles. The constitution of the company will be carried out by adding a chapter to the original constitution of the company. The rate of return on investment (TIRE) is 37%. In addition, the recovery period is one year for partners. Business implementation offers both qualitative and quantitative benefits, allowing the competitive advantage of using the concentric diversification strategy (activities that relate to the service where significant attributes are offered) in business success, although the initial investment is relatively low. Among the recommendations can be listed the investment in the business, being the novel concept and an alternative service to the reduction of operational expenses for sustainable companies expanding the client portfolio.|
