|Summary:||These days logistic business in Peru must consider information technology area an ally to achieve strategic objectives. This sector business must answer properly to market growth and to changing regulations for exterior commerce operations. Demand towards information technology area is not achieved in a properly way due to a lack of a management culture in the TI strategic demand, this means that does not exist formally a selection process, priorization and evaluation of initiatives that must attend IT. To develop this proposal we have taken a logistic sector organization that present a sustainable growth in its operations in the last 3 years. The present thesis named “Proposal of implementation of a management model of the strategic demand for TI area of a logistic services organization” takes as a main resource of information the research work of computer science PhD. – TI Corporate Government Igor Aguilar Alonso. In chapter 1 is presented the theoric part, in wich are revised the general concepts of logistic service, information technology in this area, exterior commerce regulatory politics and the management concept of strategic demand, its elements and related standards. In chapter 2 is done the approach of the problem in the organization been studied, where the organization is presented, the actual situation of TI projects generated for initiatives, the analysis and diagnostic of the situation. In chapter 3 is performed an analysis and diagnostic of the actual situation, then the solution proposal is given with a management office of the strategic demand. At last, in chapter 4 are presented conclusions of the work done indicating the situation of the organization and the improvements that can be made with the proposed implementations.|
