Summary:The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between social skills and tutoring teaching according to the perception of the students of the 6th grade of public primary school from the 4th Educational Network in Ventanilla district. Was based on a descriptive correlational design. About 253 students both sexes. between 10 to 13 years old were assessed through suveys regarding social skills and tutoring perception. Both surveys were created for research purpose and met the criteria of validity and reliability. The process shows the audit objectives and hypotheses in general. The results confirm that there is a statistically significant correlation between the two variables.
