description La investigación se ha realizado en el distrito de Puquio, Ayacucho, en la I.E Nuestra Señora del Perpetuo Socorro, analizando la problemática, usuarios y variable contextual para generar los objetivos de la propuesta arquitectónica, la cual ha demostrado la urgente necesidad de un equipamiento educativo que de frente a la infraestructura inadecuada, la inexistencia de sistemas de calefacción y al limitado nivel académico de la institución, dando como resultado la propuesta de una infraestructura educativa con arquitectura bioclimática, la cual busca desarrollar el análisis de la infraestructura existente, determinar las características del sistema de calefacción de suelo radiante y proponer equipamientos compartidos a través de una biblioteca comunitaria y espacios técnicos productivos, la propuesta pretende ser referente para modelos de equipamientos educativos con arquitectura bioclimática basados en fuentes de calor de energía geotérmica para emplazamientos con entalpía y factores climáticos similares.

This architectual proposal, which demonstrated the urgent need for educational equipment, was the result of analyzing the problematic, people involved and variables which generate the objectives to address the inadequate infrastructure, absence of heating systems and limited academic level from the institution. The final result was a proposal of an educational infrastructure with bioclimatic architecture, which seeks to develop the analysis of existing infrastructure, determine the characteristics of the underfloor heating system and propose shared equipment through a community library and productive technical spaces.
