Summary:The present descriptive investigation of transverse court realized with the teenagers that they were attended in her prenatal control in the Establishments of Health of the District The Porvenir, Province Trujillo, during the months January - October, 2010, with the purpose of determining the relation between the sexual behavior: age of menarquia, age of beginning of the sexual relations, use of contraceptive methods and the recurrence of a new pregnancy in the teenagers. The sample universe was consisted of a total of 50 teen pregnancies, selected according to established criteria of inclusion. For the compilation of information the Instrument was in use for Identifying the Sexual Behavior in Teenagers (COMSEX), which consists of 7 questions. The obtained information was tabulated and presented in statistical tables of simple and double entry. The analysis of the relation between the variables of study was realized by means of the test of independence of criteria Chi square (X2). In the discussion of the results were the following findings: 86 percent of adolescents have a second pregnancy appellant and 14 percent a third pregnancy appellant. The sexual behavior of adolescents multiparous was significantly related to recurrence of a new pregnancy were the age of first intercourse and contraceptive use. The age at menarche was not significantly related to recurrence of a new pregnancy
