|Summary:||The research was conducted in the district of Pueblo Nuevo in 2013, attended by the employees of the District Municipality of Pueblo Nuevo, the purpose of the research was to diagnose the current situation and determine the influence of organizational climate, to analyze alternatives for improvement work performance of employees, to explain: how does the organizational environment influence on job performance of workers in the District Municipality of Nuevo Pueblo ?, according to the hypothesis: "the organizational climate negatively influences the work performance of the employees of the District Municipality of Newtown ". The research is addressed according to the design of Explanatory Research, inductive and deductive methodology. The sample consisted of 81 employees. Contrasting technique was used, and observational techniques, survey, document analysis and Web browsing was applied. The results obtained showed that if the organizational climate influences the Job Performance of the District Municipality of New Town; well as indicators for the Organization were: structure and identity, where it might be considered that the organization has tools appropriate work and employees know the goals and objectives of the City of New Town, on the other hand based on the indicators of relationships and challenges, we were able to capture the communication that exists in the organization is not very effective. So this affects labor disputes that arise and satisfaction felt by partners work together in the municipality of Pueblo Nuevo.|
