|Summary:||ABSTRACT Two of the main gases that produce the Greenhouse Effect, CO2 and CH4, come from the fermentation, natural or accelerated, of the organic matter of many products or waste. The combination of both gases is known as "biogas" which, although it has a negative effect on the climate, also has a positive energetic characteristic due to CH4. For both, the study and systematic analysis of all the aspects surrounding the generation and use of biogas is of great interest, because environmental damage is avoided, due to the renewable energy that is produced, due to the large amount that can be generated and because it replaces other (non-energetic) gases that would have formed, if the organic matter had been processed in another way (aerobic digestion, combustion). The objective of this work was the design and implementation of a pilot plant to produce biogas and biohazards from. Cavia porcellus manure is spun into a polyvinyl chloride tubular bioreactor. Such implementation was carried out in the applied biochemical experimental station of the Faculty of Biological Sciences of the National University of Trujillo. Obtaining a feasible design to the needs of rural communities both on the coast and in the Mountain range of the Libertad, in addition bioabon, biol and biosol have good quantities of both macro and microelements to achieve a good development of sustainable organic agriculture in our region, The Libertad, likewise the biogas generated, is an element capable of improving the quality of life of the rural population, and could use biogas for combustion and sewing their food or generate lighting with lamps adapted for that purpose. Therefore, biol, biosol and biogas constitute an important contribution from the economic, social and environmental point of view for environmental, personal, community and regional development.|
