|Summary:||This research develops in a business scheme in the hotel industry, where economic, administrative and operational activities is carried out, among others, under that scheme, it aims to develop the following problem: "How a System of Internal Control under COSO III approach affects the service improvement Hotel Korianka " The Korianka hotel offers the service of lodging and restaurant on processes and procedures are not prepared or approved directly by management, this deficiency indicates weakness in internal control of the company, in this sense, the main objective of this study is: "To determine that, an adequate Internal Control System under COSO III approach favorably impact in improving the service quality at Hotel Korianka, 2014 Exercise” For the development of research has been applied the descriptive method, where the information gathered was necessary and just, directly from the reality of the facts; then it has been structured, analyzed, explained, described through techniques such as surveys, interviews, document analysis, direct observation, formulation tabulation tables and graphics. These processes allow the general objective of the research, through the results and discussion. Finally the findings was obtained, then the recommendations are provided; which it aims to test the hypothesis that "An Internal Control System under COSO III approach appropriate way affects significantly improved service in Hotel Korianka".|
