Descripción
Sumario:The work carried out at the Regional Office of Transport and Communications of Iquitos in 2025 aimed to identify the relationship between administrative management and organizational behavior. A quantitative approach was used, with a descriptive, non-experimental, and correlational design, analyzing 25 participants. The analysis, using the Spearman’s Rho coefficient, yielded a correlation value of 0.980** and a bilateral significance level of 0.000. This demonstrates a very strong and positive relationship between administrative management and organizational behavior, statistically significant at the 99% confidence level (p < 0.01). These results confirm that effective administrative management directly influences employee behavior. The study highlights the importance of improving administrative processes to foster a positive organizational environment, which contributes to achieving institutional objectives and strengthening performance. Additionally, it provides a comprehensive approach by connecting administrative management with the dimensions of organizational behavior in a regional context, offering a solid foundation for continuous improvement in public administration.
