description La investigación que presento busca demostrar los beneficios que aporta la gestión del talento humano para las personas, para las organizaciones. Desvinculando el concepto antiguo de recursos humanos, como simple material sustituto para el ser humano, o simples entes que cumplir una función establecida y limitante. El presente trabajo, mediante la búsqueda de información y análisis de la misma, muestra el uso efectivo que tener las personas cuando se cumple una serie de procesos que buscan beneficios a nivel individual y por ende a toda la organización. Plantea además, estrategias, objetivos y principios para poder aplicar y desarrollar la gestión del talento humano direccionado al ámbito educativo y a los actores de la comunidad educativa. Llegando así concluir que la gestión del talento humano en los docentes y alumnos dentro de la institución educativa genera mayores oportunidades para el desarrollo de las competencias.
