description El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar el nivel de relación que existe entre el Programa Nacional de Alimentación Escolar Qali Warma y la participación ciudadana en Huarmaca, Piura. La presente investigación corresponde a un estudio básico, con diseño no experimental correlacional. La muestra constituida por sesenta y siete padres de familia de las instituciones educativas usuarias del programa nacional de alimentación escolar Qali Warma de Huarmaca, Piura, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario constituido por 40 ítems, cuya validez se determinó mediante juicio de expertos y la confiabilidad de a través del alfa de Crombach, alrededor de 0,846, estableciendo un alto nivel de fiabilidad. Los resultados involucran un nivel de relación de las variables, dimensiones e indicadores que reflejan el nivel de relación existente. Después de proceso se procedió a analizar, interpretar y discutir los resultados, concluyendo que el nivel de desarrollo el Programa Nacional de Alimentación escolar Qali Warma en Huarmaca necesita ser fortalecida.
