Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada y diseño experimental. La muestra comprendió 20 equipos informáticos entre administrativos y aulas, evaluados sin muestreo. Como instrumentos de recolección se utilizaron la observación, fichas de registro y listas de cotejo. Los resultados evidenciaron una conectividad estable en el 100% de los equipos, con mejoras significativas en la seguridad de los datos mediante autenticación avanzada y gestión de roles. No obstante, se observaron limitaciones de hardware reflejadas en un incremento del consumo de CPU (39.7%) y RAM (36.6%), lo cual afecta el rendimiento general. Se concluye que la propuesta mejora la administración de redes y fortalece la seguridad de la información, recomendándole futuras mejoras en la infraestructura física para optimizar el desempeño del sistema.
