Los principales resultados obtenidos reflejan que la productividad inicial de 5.50% pasando a 31.63% postimplementación, evidenciando un aumento del 26.13%, en cuanto a la eficiencia el resultado inicial encontrado es 22% pasando a 52.6% post-implementación, evidenciando un aumento del 30.6% y la eficacia obtuvo un resultado inicial de 23.6% pasando a 58.20% post-implementación, evidenciando un aumento del 34.6%. De esta manera, se concluyó que el Lean Manufacturing presentó una mejoría en la productividad de la empresa aplicada para la investigación.
