Th e present work was carried out with the purpose of knowing how satisfi ed students are with the Biology degree at Ricardo Palma University, Lima, Peru. Such as the sequence of courses, teaching methodology, basic and specialty training, content of subjects, teaching strategies, subject assessment, library use, learning and performance. A survey was designed and applied to 63 students from the 7th to the 9th academic year in the semester 2015-II, whose results are presented generally in the categories, level of percentage satisfaction index Th e analysis of the information determined that 67% of the students are satisfi ed with the 2006-II curriculum, being their best appreciation in the achievements and performances with respect to the area of biodiversity, and their lower satisfaction in the area of ecology and environment; Th is indicates that a revision of the curricular plans and improvements in the respective plan are needed.En el proceso de calidad educativa diversas instituciones de Educación Superior han mostrado preocupación por la satisfacción de sus estudiantes, con el propósito de conocer sus expectativas y opinión de los diversos parámetros de los planes de estudio, desarrollo y mejora, según los modelos de evaluación o autoevaluación. El presente trabajo se realizó con el propósito de saber que tan satisfechos se encuentran los estudiantes de la carrera de Biología de la Universidad Ricardo Palma, Lima, Perú, respecto a la secuencia de cursos, metodología de la enseñanza, formación básica y de especialidad, contenido de las asignaturas, estrategias de enseñanza, evaluación de asignaturas, uso de biblioteca, logros de aprendizaje y desempeño. Se diseñó y aplicó una encuesta a 63 estudiantes del VII al IX ciclo académico en el semestre 2015-II, cuyos resultados se presentan de manera general en la categorías, nivel de porcentaje índice de satisfacción El análisis de la información determinó que el 67% de los estudiantes están satisfechos con el plan de estudios 2006-II, siendo su mejor apreciación en los logros y desempeños con respecto al área de biodiversidad, y su menor satisfacción en el área de ecología y ambiente.
