In our particular case, and as part of the curriculum of renal failure, we want to establish if it means intracellular biochemical changes, as with the extracellular environment, or whether its composition is more or less independent of renal function.En el presente trabajo, se describe sistemáticamente la tecnología elaborado en este laboratorio para el análisis del músculo esquelético, tomado como expresión de la fase celular del organismo, lo que constituye un gran instrumento de trabajo para futuras investigaciones sobre las modificaciones que se producirían en el medio intracelular en el curso de diversos procesos patológicos, o en muchos otros problemas biológicos.
