The article continues with an explanation of the relationship between the rate of glomerular filtration and creatinine depuration in addition to mentioning its importance in the dosage, ends with a list of drugs whose excretion is mainly urinary and which are polar in nature.En la primera parte se realizó una introducción del significado de la tasa de filtración glomerular, después se definió el uso de la depuración de la creatinina, el cuál es el método más conocido de medida de la función renal, luego se hizo un resumen de las fórmulas matemáticas de predicción de tasa de filtración glomerular divididas en tres grupos, en base a la creatinina, la cistatina C y la inulina. El artículo continúa con una explicación de la relación entre la tasa de filtración glomerular y la depuración de creatinina además de mencionar su importancia en la dosificación, finaliza con una lista de medicamentos cuya excreción es principalmente urinaria y que son de naturaleza polar.Na primeira parte realizou-se uma introdução do significado da taxa de filtração glomerular, depois definiu-se o uso da depuração da creatinina, o qual é o método mais conhecido de medição da função renal, logo se fez um resumo das fórmulas matemáticas de predição de taxa de filtração glomerular divididas em três grupos, com base na creatinina, cistatina C e inulina.
