The correlation between the global scores of organizational climate and job satisfaction was statistically significant, both in care staff (r = 0.523, p <0.001) and administrative staff (r = 0.468, p <0.001). The conclusions obtained were that the perception of a low organizational climate is associated with a higher level of job dissatisfaction among internal users.La presente investigación analizó y determinó el nivel de influencia del clima organizacional en la satisfacción laboral de los Usuarios Internos del Centro de Salud Supte San Jorge, Rupa Rupa, Microrred de la Red de Salud Leoncio Prado, en la que se aplicó una investigación de tipo no experimental, descriptivo, explicativo, transversal de diseño correlacional, la población muestral fue de 30 trabajadores, que ha conformado la unidad de análisis; se aplicó el Instrumento de escala de Likert para Clima Organizacional y un cuestionario de Satisfacción Laboral, un 83.4% de los trabajadores manifestaron insatisfacción con un bajo nivel de clima laboral, mientras que el 16.7% de los trabajadores se sienten satisfechos con un clima laboral favorable. La correlación entre los puntajes globales de clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral fue estadísticamente significativa, tanto en personal asistencial (r = 0,523; p < 0,001) y administrativos (r = 0,468; p < 0,001).
