In lateral projection there was an increased angle over 110° in the 55% patients without micturition and 70% with stress. In 4 patients was made the urethrocystography after operation and it is important to think not always is necessary in the treatment for stress incontinence to elevate the urethrovesical junction.El uretrocistografía valor en el diagnóstico de la incontinencia de esfuerzo mayor. Ha sido hacer una descripción de la técnica empleada que se utilizó. En 20 pacientes mujer la queja más importante fue la unión uretrovesical baja, con menor frecuencia fue canalizando de la uretra con la pérdida del ángulo posterior bajo estrés. En proyección lateral hubo un ángulo incrementado en 110 ° en los 55% de los pacientes sin la micción y el 70% con el estrés.
